How much do you charge?
Hoskins House of Law charges flat rate fees based on the type of estate planning documents you want. You can see all our packages, a la carte options, and pricing here.
Do I have to pay everything up front?
No, we are happy to offer you a free consultation to help you determine which estate planning documents are best for your needs. Once we’ve determined which documents you need, we will present you with transparent pricing for your consideration. If you would like us to go ahead with the creation of your documents, you will sign an engagement letter and make an initial down payment of 33% of the total price of your selected estate planning documents. The remainder of your balance is due upon completion of your estate planning documents. Your estate planning documents will be delivered upon final payment.
How long does it take for my documents to be completed?
The length of time it takes to complete your estate planning documents is dependent on the number of documents you’d like created, the intricacies of each document to ensure your wishes are conveyed, and how quickly you can provide Hoskins House of Law any necessary information (ex: deeds, names and contact information for those you are naming in your will/trust, etc.) Typically, Hoskins House of Law can complete a fully customized estate planning portfolio for you within 30 days.
I have some extenuating circumstances and need to get these documents ASAP. Is that possible?
Of course! At Hoskins House of Law, we understand that sometimes life necessitates an expedited timeline. We are happy to help you with this. Please let us know immediately if you are dealing with an issue that requires an expedited turn around for your estate planning documents.
